Onze ideale klant voor de "License to Sell" is degene die onze 3D-modellen wil verkopen. Of je nu een beginnende ondernemer bent of een gevestigde verkoper, met deze licentie kun je onze modellen legaal en winstgevend aanbieden.

Particle Collector onderscheidt zich door een combinatie van factoren. We bieden via ons Patreon-lidmaatschap geweldige Anime designs aan. Daarnaast vind je op onze website simpele designs met een duidelijke licentie structuur.

Wettelijke verplichtingen

Bij de aankoop van producten met een "License to Sell" via Particle Collector, zijn er enkele belangrijke wettelijke verplichtingen. Via Patreon geldt een maandelijkse fee, dus een doorlopend lidmaatschap. Op onze website is de licentie eenmalig, voor het aantal jaar dat je zelf kiest.

Commercial license agreement

Commercial / Resale License Agreement – 3D Model

By purchasing, downloading, or using the 3D model [Model Name/Number], you (“Licensee”) agree to the following terms:

  1. License Grant

    • Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, transferable, and commercial license to use, modify, and resell the 3D model.

    • Licensee may incorporate the model into projects, products, or digital assets for commercial purposes, including resale.

  2. Permitted Uses

    • Licensee may sell the 3D model as part of a project, package, or product.

    • Licensee may modify, adapt, or integrate the model into other works for commercial distribution.

  3. Restrictions

    • Licensee may not claim ownership of the original 3D model itself; the copyright remains with Licensor.

    • Licensee may not sublicense the model as-is under another standalone license without explicit written permission from Licensor.

    • The Licensor’s logo or branding must remain visible in the model at all times.

  4. Copyright

    • All copyright and intellectual property rights remain with [Your Name / Company Name] (“Licensor”).

  5. Liability

    • Licensor is not liable for how Licensee uses or resells the model. Licensee assumes full responsibility for compliance with laws and regulations in their sales.

  6. Governing Law

    • This agreement is governed by Dutch law.

    • Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent court where the Licensor is established.

By purchasing or using the model under this license, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
